RELIABLE ENROLLMENT
Patient Engagement and Retention Solutions
Successful clinical research depends on more than identifying eligible participants. It requires thoughtful recruitment strategies, effective site coordination, consistent communication, and continued engagement throughout the study.
United Research Group supports research sites, sponsors, and CROs through coordinated patient recruitment and retention services designed to strengthen enrollment planning, improve participant engagement, and support continuity throughout the clinical trial lifecycle.
Our approach combines clinical research expertise, site-level collaboration, and structured operational processes to address enrollment challenges across a broad range of therapeutic areas.

Operational support. Independent oversight.
URG provides clinical research site management and operational support within agreed scopes and appropriately delegated duties. This support does not transfer or replace the independent regulatory and clinical responsibilities of sponsors, CROs, or Principal Investigators.
Sponsors retain responsibility for trial design, sponsor oversight, and applicable regulatory obligations. CROs remain responsible for the functions assigned to them by sponsors. Principal Investigators retain responsibility for site conduct, clinical judgment, participant safety and medical care, informed consent, and oversight of delegated site activities. IRBs independently review and approve research as applicable.
